The location of Hotori No Hotel Ban in Fujikawaguchiko is really great. It's so convenient being close to Lake Kawaguchi, Mount Fuji, shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. I loved that there was a 24-hour shop nearby. Our room had beautiful views of the lake, and having a bidet in the private bathroom was a nice touch.

A good small place and would use them next time. There is a big size and updated rooms with spotlessly clean bathrooms. Good location, it's set very close to lake, Mt Fuji views and restaurants and a convenience store and bus stop.
Nothing negative to say.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, the stay was nice, stunning location right off # 15 bus stop. Loved the room with nice view, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was nice to have central heating, a safe box and television. Location: the venue was adjacent to the lake and the views of Fuji as well as train station. Tried some nice meals at Perro, located only a short distance to the hotel.
Not one thing!

I absolutely loved the traditional Japanese decoration throughout the hotel, especially in the lobby and the common areas. The beautiful artwork and intricate details added a touch of elegance and charm. As a senior woman, I found the hotel very accessible, with wide hallways and handrails in the corridors, making it easier for me to navigate. The staff were also very helpful, always ready to assist me and the other guests with whatever we needed.
I would have loved to have more options for activities suitable for senior people during my stay. Perhaps some gentle exercise classes or organized tours designed specifically for us.

I couldn't fault a thing, everything was fantastic!
